Health & Fitness Training

I offer Personal Training for anyone looking for a healthy lifestyle.  Whether you are a stay-at-home mom, a young ‘20-something’ just out of college, a retired executive looking to focus on your fitness, or anything in between, I will develop a program just for you and your needs.  You will be inspired, motivated and enthused every time you step into the gym and we work together.   My workouts are never boring, and always different, fun and exciting.  I’ve never had a client tell me they regretted one of my workouts!  Try for yourself and experience the pleasure of good health and strong muscles!

Small Group (max 4 people):
1 1/2 hours Weight Training
1/2 hour Cardio

One on One Personal Training:
1/2 hour Strength Training
