Sports Performance Training

I offer Sports Performance Training for developing Athletes in track, football, basketball, lacrosse, soccer and baseball.  Being an experienced athlete in most of these sports, I not only offer expertise in training, but also intimate knowledge and ‘tricks of the trade’ that are little known by industry outsiders. Your student will not only learn a great deal from me, but will love his/her time in my training and walk away a more confident athlete.

Sports Training Available Hours:
M- F  4:30pm – 7:00pm
Sat  8:00am-12:00pm

Team Training:
1 Hour Session: Speed, Agility, Balance, Power, Coordination, Quickness, Confidence
(Max 10 athletes per trainer)

Small Group Training:
1 Hour Session: Speed, Agility, Balance, Power, Coordination, Quickness, Confidence
1/2 hour Weight Training
1/2 hour Skills Training
(Max 6 athletes per trainer )

 

Queens of the Court:
All girls strength and conditioning basketball program, geared toward the basic fundamentals to the most elite athletes.
